All orders will be shipped with tracking and insurance within 1-3 business days via Canada Post. For orders from outside of USA/Canada, please check your local laws/regulations regarding our products-this is the responsibility of the buyer. We guarantee that our products will arrive undamaged, safety-sealed and that you will receive the correct items as advertised. If items arrive damaged, opened or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with supporting photos. Issues of this nature entitle you to a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Opened items can not be returned. Un-opened items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of they buyer, unless the issue is due to the fault of Secret Fire Apothecary.
