The reigning queen of the metallic kingdom, Silver is the highest physical representative of the Moon. It is associated with the brain, dreaming, emotions, instinct, the Mother and the element of Water.
Our oil of Silver was processed using a “wet way”, using specialized menstrua (Mercury/Spirit) to first solubilize to Silver as salts (Salt/Body), and then others to catalyze a unique organic oil (Sulphur/Soul).
Metallic, mineral and gemstone oils take many months (sometimes years!) to produce, purify and mature properly. Although they sometimes include harmless colloids of metals such as Gold or Silver, these complex oils are truly organic and are chemically similar to the essential oils found in plants. They represent a traditional Alchemical method of transferring the virtues, energetics and intelligence of the inorganic metallic and mineral realm into the organic.
All of our metallic, mineral and gemstone oils are 3rd party lab tested for the presence of potentially harmful metals and salts.
Not only are we meticulously detailed in following the best of traditional and modern methodology, but also in quality control. All ingredients are lab tested for heavy metals, microbials and pesticides. Local ingredients are hand harvested and processed by ourselves and our partners. In our lab work we use only stainless steel and glassware. All equipment and tools are scutinously cleaned and sterilized with food grade alcohol, vinegar, heat and ultrasonic cleaning.

If items arrive damaged, opened or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with supporting photos. Issues of this nature entitle you to a refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Opened items can not be returned. Un-opened items may be returned for a store credit or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Cost of shipping is the responsibility of they buyer, unless the issue is due to the fault of Secret Fire Apothecary.
